The 2026 Tacitus Lecture will be given by Dr Fiona Hill CMG, Chancellor of Durham University and world-renowed expert in Russian and European geopolitics. Dr Hill is a former senior US National Security Council member and co-chair of the current UK Defence Review, a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution in Washington DC, and Chancellor of Durham University.
